What is nonverbal hypnosis?

Nonverbal hypnosis is the ability to induce a wordless trance and to heal throughout the body. It can be complementary to verbal therapy or even replace it. Each hypnotherapist should learn this practice in order to refine their skills. You can do a full session only with non-verbal elements. Nonverbal hypnosis uses the look, gestures and sounds to induce trance. If we mainly use the gaze, we can speak of fascination. If we create a crisis, we can speak of mesmerism. If we also use the concept of kynaesthetic sensation (aka "energy") we can speak of magnetism. All of these methods have very deep access to the individual and are very healing.

What is fascination?

Fascination is the power of the eye. Fascination is a term used since the Middle Ages which means catching the soul and the attention of someone just with the eyes. Even our auditory perception of space is influenced by the look and experimental studies have also shown that in social interactions, a stable look is a sure asset and that the eyes can change the response of our partner (Keating, Mazur, Segall 1977). It has been shown experimentally that the effectiveness of certain therapies can be directly linked to interaction with the gaze (Harrigan, Oxman e Rothental 1985. Other experimental studies have shown that our logical mind is reduced and that emotions are felt more intensely when someone is looking at us intensely. In hypnosis, the effects of hypnotic gaze inductions should be noted. However, there should be two types of inductions called "hypnotic gaze induction". In the first, the use eyes are mixed with words. In the second type, the most powerful and the most mysterious, no words are used, just the eyes and sometimes the hands. The way we practice it in our school is a completely non-verbal technique This is called "fascination". Behind it is a very old secret school, which we can trace back to the time of the ancient Romans and even before researchers agree that the state of fascination is different from what is expected with current clinical verbal hypnosis, although in some elements the two techniques may overlap. It is very useful for any hypnotist to know the secrets of fascination, because one of our duties as practitioners is to use any technique which would prove useful in helping individuals to change and regain their true selves as well. as their psychosomatic balance and many times with fascination, we can achieve these results faster and stronger.

What is mesmerism and what are its main elements?

"Mesmerism" is a term coined from Franz Anton Mesmer (1734-1815), who practiced and popularized a therapeutic form known as "animal magnetism". He said that mesmerism was "the science of correspondence in reality". This has interesting implications in light of more recent ideas on quantum theory. But beyond that, mesmerism asserts itself by its results. The mesmeric crisis, an application of mesmerism, is similar to bioenergetic release and can forever liberate the person from lasting problems. Modern polyvagal theory may partly explain their effectiveness. It is interesting that hypnosis is derived from mesmerism, but modern hypnosis does not understand everything that mesmerism can do. Mesmerism is mainly non-verbal. We can think that our deepest self being non-verbal and hypnotized, we can access the deepest self.
